Framesash Ltd provides the Framesash app and website. We are the data controller for account data and a data processor for the customer data you add.
What we collect
Account details such as name, email and company. Usage data such as device type and feature use. Content you create, including photos, measurements, designs and quotes.
How we use it
To run the service, provide support, send billing and product emails you can opt out of, and improve Framesash. We do not sell personal data.
Storage and security
Data is stored in the UK and EU, encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to staff who need it.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Email privacy@framesash.com and we will respond within 30 days.
