Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. You get 60 days on any plan with no card. At the end you pick a plan or your account pauses. Your quotes stay saved.
Which devices does Framesash run on?
Any modern browser on Mac or Windows, plus iPhone, iPad and Android. The browser has the full designer, so you can draw a job at your desk and finish it on site.
Can I use my own price list?
Yes. Import a spreadsheet of your frame, glass and extras prices, or start from our sample list and edit it. Each quote uses the list that was live when you made it.
Does it work without signal?
Drafts save on the device and sync when you are back online, so a loft conversion with no signal is fine.
Can I quote furniture and glazing together?
Yes. Windows, doors and fitted furniture all land on one quote with one total, deposit and VAT line.
How accurate are photo measurements?
The photo step gives a starting outline. You confirm width and height with your tape before the item is priced, so the quote is only as accurate as your final measurement.
Can I switch plans later?
Any time. Upgrades apply straight away. Downgrades apply at the end of the billing period.
Do prices include VAT?
Plan prices are shown before VAT. Your invoice shows VAT separately.
Who owns my customer data?
You do. Export everything as CSV or PDF whenever you like. We never sell or share customer details.
Where is data stored?
In UK and EU data centres, encrypted in transit and at rest.
I am a homeowner. Can I use Framesash?
Framesash is used by installers. Ask your installer if they quote with Framesash and you will get a link to view your design and quote.
